Acceleration at DEX Innovation Centre is delivered through custom and white-label accelerator programmes focused on validation, business modelling, traction and investment readiness. The Czech programme is called DEXIC Accelerator and follows a methodology co-created for organising acceleration programmes across all crucial aspects of startup development, complemented by mentoring and prototyping in the μFabLab in Liberec.
How does the international mentor pool work?
DEX Innovation Centre cooperates with more than 80 international mentors with various professional backgrounds. Mentors work with startups and teams inside acceleration programmes, workshops and events such as ideathons and i-Days, contributing expertise in areas including business modelling, marketing, technology and investment readiness. Their profiles are published so teams can see who they will work with.
How can small and medium-sized enterprises start an innovation project?
Small and medium-sized enterprises can work with DEX Innovation Centre on strategic and innovation planning, validation and co-creation, and go-to-market and scaling. Innovation projects are often set up within EU-funded programmes, where DEX Innovation Centre shapes the project idea, designs the innovation process and work packages, and supports validation with real users before wider deployment.
